Organizational Behavior By Stephen Robbins Review By Oliver Villegas on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I find Organizational Behavior by Stephen P. Robbins quite practical. It's the 9th edition and has been updated to accommodate e-businesses, which is why I really like using this as reference and to get ideas for managing the business that I'll be handling starting this month. This book has been with me for a couple of months now, though it is only now that I got to take a deeper look into its topics and it is only now that I'm engaging in my own business that I'm coming to appreciate this book.

If you're into business that has an internet side to it, then this is definitely for you. This book presents different perspectives as well as useful experiences and case studies from other companies. This book not only focuses on the technical side of management, but also on the 'people' side of management. It takes into account this X factor.

I really like this book, and would highly recommend it!
