I first heard of Orgazmo via word-of-mouth, and after seeing it once, resolved to purchase the VHS release of it immediately. Finally, a DVD release materialized, complete with behind the scenes materials, and I immediately bought that, too.

Made by Trey Parker, one of the creators of South Park, the movie shares much the same sense of humor as his television series, minus the restraint needed to comply with cable television standards. The plot follows a Mormon missionary who ends up acting in pornographic films, then becomes the superhero he portrays in the adult movies. The premise, as absurd as it sounds, barely scratches the surface of outlandish situations in the movie.

The movie is excellent overall; the humor is definitely too crass for many, but if you aren't turned off within the first 10 minutes, you'll be treated to one of the best cult comedies of all time.
