Orient Water Resistant Men's Watch By Lorianna on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My husband has had this watch for several years, and except having to replace the original metal band, we haven't had any problems with it. The watch is all stainless steel, self-winding, water resistant, with a built-in calendar that shows the date and the day of the week. Setting the time and the calendar is easy, you just press the button on the side of the watch. Water resistance works not just against rain, you can actually dive 50 meters deep with this watch on. The self-winding feature requires wearing the watch as you walk or do some work moving your arms, so if you take it off and let it just sit for a few days, the watch will stop. The hands glow in the dark, letting you see what time it is late at night; excellent for outdoors, camping, and traveing. I have borrowed this watch on several occasions when I couldn't use mine, and I love how convenient and reliable it is. Orient is a pricy brand, but they offer great quality.

Interesting how it self winds. I have never heard of this feature in a watch before. What was the price?
