Oriole Park at Camden Yards
By sndfan2 onOriole Park at Camden Yards is a work of art as far as professional stadiums go. It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This all baseball stadium is built at the site of the old Camden Yards railway station. The Baltimore & Ohio Warehouse is part of the complex and overlooks the field...this is the longest building on the east coast. The beautiful brick warehouse truly complements the stadium and during Cal Ripken's "streak", the numbers for each consecutive game were hung from the windows and unfurled.
Since Camden Yards was built in 1992,it has all the amenities you could want. If you are hungry for a crab cake or Boog Powell's pit beef, you can find it here. But, even though it's modern in amenities, it has a truly retro field which makes for a winning combination.
Oh, and the Orioles play here too! I've been in every area of the ball park, and it's tough to find a bad seat in the house.
If you are ever in Baltimore, I highly recommend checking out Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

I love Camden Park, but I have to admit; I go to watch the Yankees play :-)
This is in my hometown. I went the first day they opened. It is so clean and pretty. The area around there has developed real nice. Thanks for bringing back those memories!
