Orleans table lamp

When we needed a new lamp for the living room I searched around locally and could not find anything I liked at a reasonable price so I went online and found this Orleans table lamp at JCPenney. It is very decorative and stylish. This lamp gets its name from New Orleans which served as inspiration for the making of this lamp. It has a French bronze base and a gold faux marble hand finished ring above the base. The base of the lamp seems to be iron. This table lamp has a bell shaped, cream colored, thick shade on it. The shade seems to be of very good quality which was something I was looking for in a lamp.

This is a heavy lamp due to its heavy iron decorative base. It weighs about 20 pounds. It stands at 32 1/2" tall. There is some assembly with this lamp but it's just putting the shade on. This lamp can take up to a 150 Watt light bulb.

This is a very pretty table lamp. The lampshade does tend to block out a little of the light so in order for one to read by this lamp you would need to put in a higher wattage light bulb. This lamp could be used in any part of the house such as the living room or the bedroom.
