My mother has been taking Oscal Calcium for years. It was recommended by her doctor. She is in her 80's and takes Oscal Ultra. I never realized how good of a product it was until the last three years. In the last three years she has fallen several times because of her lack of balance. Out of all her falls she only broke her arm one time from falling on it. Just a few days ago she took a bad fall backwards. Even though she did have a laceration on her head, she had no broken bones! Being a small woman with no excess fat on her, it was a miracle that she did not break her hip. I attribute that to her taking this supplement. She has strong bones for a woman her age. I recommend Oscal Calcium to all women but especially post menopausal women. My mother is an example of how good it is.
