Osteo Bi-Flex

Another one of my defenses against "Mother Nature's" not so gentle reminders that I have 'overused and underloved' my joints and that I am no longer the 'spring chicken' that I would like to continue to be, is Osteo Bi-Flex Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with Joint Sheild.

Now, I don't know what the heck Chondroitin/MSM Complex or Glucosamine HCI are but I do know this, when I take the 'horse pill' sized caplets my joints feel better.I don't seem to notice that 'hitch in my get-along'.I don't feel the creaks and groans of impending "old age".I am not slowed down by the stabbing shooting pains that come with twisting or bending the wrong way.

Since it seems to be so effective, I have to ask myself sometimes if it really helps that much or if it is psychological, "all in my head".Well, I guessit doesn't matter if it is in my head or in my joints, if taking it is helping, I am going to keep on taking it.

I take 2 caplets per day and it sure seems to put a spring back in my step, and back , and hips and knees........
