Another one of my defenses against "Mother Nature's" not so gentle reminders that I have 'overused and underloved' my joints and that I am no longer the 'spring chicken' that I would like to continue to be, is Osteo Bi-Flex Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with Joint Sheild.

Now, I don't know what the heck Chondroitin/MSM Complex or Glucosamine HCI are but I do know this, when I take the 'horse pill' sized caplets my joints feel better. I don't seem to notice that 'hitch in my get-along'. I don't feel the creaks and groans of impending "old age". I am not slowed down by the stabbing shooting pains that come with twisting or bending the wrong way.

Since it seems to be so effective, I have to ask myself sometimes if it really helps that much or if it is psychological, "all in my head". Well, I guess it doesn't matter if it is in my head or in my joints, if taking it is helping, I am going to keep on taking it.

I take 2 caplets per day and it sure seems to put a spring back in my step, and back , and hips and knees........
