Oster Beehive Chrome Blender

I bought this Oster blender because I wanted something to make smoothies in the morning. I love this model because it does a fantastic job of crushing the ice.My old blender would toss the ice cubes around and leave them in chunks.This one definitely crushes all the ice cubes.It is a bit noisy but that is because of the powerful motor on the blender.I only need to have it on for a short time to make smoothies so this really isn't a problem for me.It only has two speeds but I think that two is plenty.I can make some awesome sauces in this blender too.It has a scratch resistant glass jar which is dishwasher safe too.I prefer the glass over a plastic container because a plastic one will scratch and get cloudy after a few uses. I would highly recommend this blender for it's power and style.
