I bought this thing on a whim while at walmart....really just wondering if it worked as advertised. The directions were fairly straightforward. Apply the pad to the soft pink plastic 'holder'. Rub this thing in circles 4 times one way, and then 4 times the other way in each area (I also noted that the directions stated hair must be no longer than 1/4 inch). I only tried it on my legs, but that was more than enough for me. The pad feels smooth to the touch, but must be fairly abrasive. I had some stubborn hairs and the itching, red rash on both legs is probably the result of too many circles? It's been four days since I used it and the rash has just now stopped itching. I will not be using this product again and wouldn't recommend it. For me, shaving is much faster and easier, and no itchy, red rash. If it did this to my legs, I can't imagine using it on my underarms, face or anywhere else. Save your $10 or so and stick with the tried and true :)
