We buy our uniforms for our wait staff from King International. We orginally tried this company because they offered us a 90 day, risk free guarantee! If for any reason we weren't happy with our order, we could return it for a replacement, credit to our account or for a full refund. We have ordered from King International several times and we have never had to return any of the uniforms we have purchased.
We order two styles of uniform aprons for our wait staff. The men wear "The Bistro", the 19" half apron with two pockets. It is available in two colors, black or white. We exclusively use the black uniforms in our restaurant. The other style is tailored more for the females. This one is called "The Tuxedo". It is a 32" long apron with two front pockets. It has a V-neck opening with adjustable neck straps that wrap around the back of the neck area. This adjustable snap neck strap allows for a more custom fit for all body types. The long apron ties can be worn either wrapped around and tied in the front or tied behind the back. This is a very classy style that we have used for years in our business. The "tuxedo" style apron comes in three colors, forest green, black or burgundy. We only buy the black because no matter what color top the girls wear, they will all look very uniformed.
These aprons are made from heavy spun Poly Twill. To me, this is the best part of the apron. The quality of this material is the best available, it washes well and resists fading. Wash after wash, they still hold their bold black color. No fading has been noticed even after one year of use. The aprons all come out of the dryer looking like they have just been ironed!

Yhanks for the info on these. I bake and go through aprons pretty quickly so I'm gonna check them out and see if you can but just a few. They would make great hostess gift too packed with a cute bunch of kitchen items.

Wow, black that doesn't fade sounds like a winner to me. That alone is a good reason to stick with them to keep your staff looking sharp!
