RuneScape is a massively-multiplayer online game (MMOG), it is set in a fantasy world which has many cities and sites to see, a few of these include: Lumbridge, Varrock and Falador. After creating an adventurer, the users are free to do whatever they want in the world, if they want to train and face hundreds of creatures, or if they want to, they can go into further depth on the Runescape Storyline, or to train in any of a number of skills, including Fishing, mining, woodcutting, stregth, attack, defence, magic, archery and many others. Runescape can be played from your web browser. You dont have to install anything (except for the jagex cache). RS (runescape) is free to play although, those wishing to gain better equipment, level up faster or to make more money, will pay for a membership. As you level up certain stats, you can start to use different tools and weapons or hunt different things. For example, when you start the game, you are level 1 in all stats so you can only use bronze and iron objects. But if you go up levels by killing monsters, and you reach level 5, you will be able to use steel, the next type you'll be able to wield.
