Ok the P90X is a great workout and motivational video.It will work you in no ways thought possible.It's a 12 DVD set.The instructor is a very good instructor.He shows you how to do every exercise and gets you wanting to do it.The P90X system also includes exercise equipment that's very easy to use.There's only one piece of the equipment that required some putting together other then that it's very easy to use.WHen i started the program I was in decent shape but after a week of using it I could tell a definate difference in my abs it was great.I would not reccomend this product to someone who is way out of shape because you are required to work haha but if your like the average person then you can do this system and see results.I like it and to me it was well worth the money.
