P90X - Workout Program review
By Megan8607 onI LOVE P90X!I've been doing the workouts and am seeing great results.The instructor is wonderful.He is charming, and keeps your attention.These workouts are the first video instruced workouts where I have not gotten bored or distracted.He is very clear, and shows you three different levels at which you can do the workouts at.Each separate workout is done a different day, except abs, which are done every other day.The abs one is so hard!You actually take a fitness test before you start this program to see if you are fit enough to handle the P90X routines (which is why I gave it a one on the scale, because many people will not be able to do it based on their fitness levels.) I recommend this workout program for anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.
I just got P90X but haven't tried it yet due to a recent hospitalization for my back, but I cannot wait to try it!!!! My brother-in-law tried it, Day 1, and he said it kicked his butt and had to take a 2 hour nap after that and he is in very good physical condition. I am so excited to try it, I love any kind of physical challenge:-) Did you get the pull up bar?
