This is a very exciting and detailed book that teaches you how to paint, what brushes to use, how to mix certain paints and what brush strokes to use to create fantastic landscapes. I love this book and I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys painting or for anyone who would like to enhance their artistic skills. Jerry Yarnell has always been one of my favorite artists on television. He is so smart and talented. He writes this book with such inspiration and his step by step instructions are very easy to follow, even if you are a beginner. It's like having Jerry Yarnell right by your side, taking you through each step.

I would rate this book five stars, you won't be able to put it down for a second. I've always enjoyed painting and this book has provided me with so much great information that I'm planning to buy additional volumes. This is an effective way for me to learn unique techniques, so that I'll be able to sell my own artwork in the future.
