The Palm Treo 700p is an excellent Smart Phone for the business person. It uses Palm OS. I use it on an hourly or more basis in my business and it has become an absolute necessity. Although it is to be a little clunky, it is not too big or abnoxious. The screen is big enough to see emails and the calendar without straining. The internet on this devide is super slow. I have Sprint, and supposedly they have the fastest speeds around, but it is only as fast as dial-up. However, in a bind, or when you're bored, the interent is great. The keypad is aweomse. It makes texting and emails a breeze. No more dialing the #1 three times to get the letter C. It is much more reliable than the pocket pc that I had and the sound compared to the pocket pc is excellent! This isn't just a smart device, it is also a great phone. It has a camera and video capabilities and the picture is quite good when the right lighting, etc. is in place. Overall, I really like this phone.

I have a friend who has one, and I agree that the shape isn't ideal. It's too wide to carry nicely in a pants pocket, and I'd be afraid to lose it in a shirt pocket.
I've heard good things about the Treo!!! It sounds ideal for your business!
Other than maybe the shape, this sounds like a great one. At least you know how to use it too -- my sister has a similar one and is clueless! LOL!
