Palm Treo 700wx Mobile Broadband Smart Device

This smart phone allows you to take the office with you on the road. It runs on a windows platform, making it very easy to interface with your home or office computer. I use mobile versions of Word, Acrobat Reader, Outlook Powerpoint and Media Player, transferring files back and forth. The clarity and reception are quite good, even better than some dedicated cel phones that I have owned.The internet connection is very fast provided your reception is good. The memory can be increased with an SD card. The phone has Bluetooth capabilities but surprisingly enough even coming with Media Player does not have stereo output through Bluetooth. The phone is quite ruggedbut can at time be a little difficult to handle. The keypad buttons are tiny so it becomes an acquired skill to be able to press one button at a time. The device comes with a stylus, which is totally necessary to use with a lot of the applications, which is something I could live with out. Overall this device though it may take some getting used to can centralize a lot of your work into one little handheld package.
