Palmer's Cocoa Butter Cream Soap By Cindy Leggett on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I am in love with this wonderfully rich-lathering soap! Since it contains cocoa butter, it smells just like chocolate! Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion also has the same scent, so for a fraction of the cost of similar scented products from Bath and Body Works, you can enjoy the wonderful aroma of chocolate during and after your shower or bath. The creamy later is not only good for dry skin, leaving it soft and smooth, but also seems to help fade scars and blemishes. When you live with cats and a dog, you always seem to have a few scratches somewhere on your body. Without doing anything different than using this soap for a week, I have noticed a marked reduction in the redness of my current crop of scratches, and the scars left behind from week-old scratches have faded noticeably. Cocoa butter is renowned for fading stretch marks on the skin, so it stands to reason that a soap with this ingredient would also be useful to improve the skin's appearance. This soap would be perfect for anyone who has sensitive skin!
