Pampered Chef Bakers Roller

Pampered Chef Baker's Roller was given to me on my wedding day among several other Pampered Chef products. I find this little tool very convenient, and I still use it today, over 6 years later. There are actually two rollers on it, a larger and a smaller one, which allows me to work on large cooking projects, like pizza, and smaller ones, like cookies, that need more precision. There is also a removable sharp tip that can be used to poke ventilation holes in dough - a nice and helpful addition. Before I had this tool, I was used to "traditional" dough rollers that you us with both hands; I had quickly re-adjusted to this one, which is used with only one hand, and I now prefer it. I also like the fact that Baker's Roller is very easy to clean, I simply wash it together with other dishes.

I am not much of a baker, but I like having this little helper in my kitchen.
