This knife is such a handy tool to have in the kitchen. The Pampered Chef Cheese Knife is especially designed to slice cheese two ways. One is with the angled blade that slices every slice of your cheese in exactly the same thickness, which makes a nice presentation for a cheese and crackers plate for company. The angled blade is very sharp and cuts through the cheese with hardly any effort at all, which makes getting ready for a party a simple task.

The second blade is a serrated edge the length of the knife which allows you to slice your cheese any thickness you would like. Whether thicker for lots of flavor, or thin as a garnish, slicing is so easy with this really sharp blade.

Another feature the Pampered Chef Cheese Knife offers is that it has a forked end. This way, you can easily spear and place your slices in a neat row on your plate or wherever the destination.

Besides the great features I have already mentioned, the cheese knife comes with a nice white plastic cover so that it doesn't become dull rubbing up against your other cooking implements in the drawer.
