This ice cream dipper may not look like much, but it is one of the most used items in my kitchen. Ok, that shows I eat more ice cream than I should, but with this scooper it's easy to do. The handle of the dipper is filled with a liquid that heats up with the warmth of your hand. The warm scoop will glide through your ice cream with ease. I have only had one container of ice cream get too hard for this scoop to get through. The scooper isn't very attractive. It's just plain metal and looks like an old fashioned style scooper. My only complaint about this product is it is not dishwasher safe. Not only that, but if you do accidently put it in the dishwasher, the company claims you can ruin it. I'm not sure how, but I have made sure to handwash this scoop each time I use it (which is often.) I recommend this ice cream dipper for anyone who likes to eat ice cream.
