Pampered Chef Large Scoop is an excellent tool for baking cookies, muffins, brownies, and even small pancakes. I thought using a large spoon to get the dough out of the bowl and onto the cooking sheet was good enough, but this scoop shames the spoon. The dough is much better measured, and cookies turn out beautifully identical. Not only that, there is the scraping blade in the scoop that makes it release the dough, so nothing sticks inside.

The scoop's size is about 3 tablespoons (Pampered Chef also offers a smaller one). The device is very easy to operate, it's just scoop - release, scoop - release, without much physical effort. I also use it to make meatballs, serve mashed potatoes and salads, it works just as well, no matter what substance you are handling. Cleaning is easy as well, you can just throw it in the dishwasher.
