Pampers Baby Dry Diapers
By traceyb22 onWe've been using only Pampers Cruisers for about the last year and I love them.Since the price of diapers has gone up in the last few month and so far the sales haven't been as good, I thought I'd give the Pampers Baby Dry diapers a try.The price per package is the same as the Cruisers, but you get more diapers with the Baby Dry diapers.I had used the Baby dry diapers when my son was younger and didn't like them, because they didn't have stretchy tabs at the waist and always leaked. They have since added "flex tabs, " so I thought they they might be better now.I thought wrong!
The first problem we had is that the Baby Dry diapers seem to be smaller that the Cruisers, even thought the weight limits are the same.I found my self really having to pull the tabs around to get them secured well and they ended up being really tight around the waist. After a few days my son had a big rash on his back around the waistband of the diapers. He was constantly pulling at the waist, because his skin was so irritated. We stopped using them and the rash cleared up.
We also had other problems, too. They leaked.Several mornings my son woke up soaking wet.One night he was wet by 10:00 and I had to change diaper, pajamas, and sheets.I definately don't recommend these for overnight!
Finally, one day we were at the bookstore and I had to change a diaper.I had only one left in my bag and when I went to put it on, the tab pulled right off.I ended up having to scotch tape my son into the diaper until we got home.
All of theseproblems were in half a package of diapers.I don't know if we just got a bad batch or what, but I certainly won't be trying these again to find out!I'll be sticking to the Pampers Cruisers from now on.

My daughter can not wear Baby Dry because she breaks out in a bright red rash around her front waistline. She does fine with Huggies and other brands. I guess I'm not alone.
I really like the baby dry diapers, I tihnk the flex tabs work great - maybe you got a bad batch? It's all I use for both my kids.
