Pampers Swipers Wipes By tldann on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I love the Pampers brand so it was natural that I would try the new line of wipes the came out with.

They call them Swipers and they are supposed to be thicker, so they better clean sticky messes made by older babies. They are thicker, a good deal thicker actually. But they aren't as moist as the normal wipes. They are good for cleaning bigger, thicker messes but not as good for sticky stuff. They work wonderfully for most bowel movements but when it gets sticky or a little dry, they don't work nearly as well. Mainly because they aren't wet enough to clean anything that is isn't wet.

They are no good at all for anything sticky. Don't try to clean a childs sticky hands or mouth because it will not work with these wipes.

Overall these wipes work well for normal type diaper changes but not for any other type of mess.

They must be drier due to the thicker cloth and they absorb quicker
