I was looking for a good sound quality cordless phone for my old mother to use. Good sound quality matters a lot to old aged people when their hearings are failing fast and this Panasonic cordless phone meets all my demands in a cordless phone. The range is good because at night I usually took the phone upstairs to my mother's room for her to ring anytime in case of emergency and she can ring from her room with the base units in the sitting room downstairs without any problem at all. It has a caller ID too that helps us to trace those crank calls or any missed calls while we are away. It is expandable to be used as intercom between my room and my mum's room when we need to wish other goodnight before we tucked in.

Cons: There is no speed dial so I my old mum still need to memorise her favourite numbers to dial every time.
