Panasonic Plain Paper Fax Machine

I received this Panasonic fax machine as a gift.I wanted something simple that would be easy to use.It is exactly that.It uses plain paper and as long as you remember to restock the paper into the feeder you will never run out.I don't like the fax machines that use fax paper rolls. They print on thermal paper which means it is costly. Thermal paper also loses its ability to copy if the paper is too old. This machine uses a ink cartridge which should last you up to 6 months. When you purchase the fax machine, be aware that the ink cartridge that comes with the machine is a sample roll and it is only good for a few uses. You will need to purchase a full roll soon after using it.I only have one complaint when using this machine. It tends to stop sending pages after the 4th or 5th page.I have to redial and send the final sheets separately. It states that it will send up to 10 pages at a time. I think they need to revise their statement.I would buy this product again.

I have this model = paid $44.95 for it at Ofc Dep and never in the five-six years I've owned this have I had a problem. Like Tink said I needed to buy a new ink thingy soon after - I can't believe this thing is still working and it's nice that it does triple duty as a regular phone and a copier too. V:)

Actually, panasonic is not my favorite fax machine but your information is worth a reference. Thanks

Only 4 pages faxed at a time? That's a huge turn-off for me, thanks for that information.
