Panasonic TH-42PX75U 42 Plasma TV

When my old television gave up the ghost, I knew I wanted a plasma tv to replace it. I did my research and decided on a Panasonic TH-42PX75U, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life! The picture is amazingly clear and sharp, even when you're not watching a high definition cable channel. It's so lifelike, it's better than going to the movies! DVDs look very good on this tv, too.

Set up was very easy, with a great picture. No need to fiddle with the settings - it looked good right out of the box. The sound from the Panasonic is full and rich, as if it is coming from a high-end stereo system. I didn't even hook up my surround sound to this set, although I might do so in the future. There is not much glare from the large screen, even in my well-lit living room. The table stand that comes with this set is very sturdy, and I think it would take an effort for this set to be tipped over.

This television is a very good value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone!
