Pandigital Digital Photo Frame By Tina Lehman on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My husband got this digital photo frame for me for mother's day, which was just after returning to work from maternity leave. Every morning I turn it on and throughout the day am greeted with the smiles and sweet faces of my kids.

This frame comes with 128 mb of memory, which is enough to load about 100 good quality pictures. You can also use a memory stick, or a larger memory card if desired. It also has a function where you can play music in the background while the frame scrolls through slides.

There are several options for slideshows, and the frame will scroll through pictures at different speeds with different transitions (fading, etc). It has a remote control that allows you to scroll through pictures more quickly, alter the volume of music or zoom in closer (although my remote has never worked properly). Two frames are included: one black and one clear.

It was very easy to use. I simply plugged the frame into my computer and downloaded pictures right onto the frame.

This is a great gift idea for a parent or family member who likes to display lots of pictures but doesn't have a lot of desk space to spare. The picture quality is great.

These have to be the gift idea of the year! But they are still very pricey.

I've wanted one too. It's a shame about the remote, though. Thanks for the info!

I have one of these picture frames, but I feel cheated now...mine didn't come with a remote! Sorry your remote did not work. The fact that you can use it to zoom in, change the speed, etc would have added so much more to an already great product:0)

I think these are such a cool idea... and I think the price will drop. The technology in them is pretty minimal.

What a great gift! I like the idea of the digital photo frames. I looked into them last year but the ones with the best quality are, well... the most expensive, so I am waiting for them to come down in price.
