Pandora Bracelet

I love jewelry but have to admit that I tend to buy jewelry that has a some meaning to me. Some of you may remember when charm bracelets were popular. My mother started me one when I was a very young girl and to this day I still love it. I must have over 50 charms on it and each one brings back a great memory. Unfortunately it is very heavy and not comfortable to wear, so I just put it away.
My daughter told me about a new charm bracelet that has become very popular and I should take a look at it. I went on line to take a peak and fell in love with this bracelet immediately.
You create your own bracelet, you start out with the chain, which starts out at about $40 for the sterling silver (Gold is more expensive). Then you choose the charms you want. The charms run about $20,(gold charms are more expensive).You can create a bracelet based on colors, or anything you want. Just know that no one will ever have the same bracelet you have. Yours will be totally unique and yours!
I started creating my bracelet and decided I would make mine to represent the important things in my life. I have a my daughter and sons birthstones, a cross to represent my faith, my cat and of course my coffee. I just added a heart split in two. I gave the other half to my daughter so that every time I see this heart I know she has the other half.
I truly love this bracelet and creating it is just as much fun as wearing it and it doesn't break my bank account. There are hundredes of sights on the web that sell these and sell the charms and they all very resonable in price! They also will let you create your bracelet online so you can see what it is going to look like.
It not only is something fun to create for yourself but makes a great gift for someone special in your life (your daughter, sister etc). The added benefit is you now don't have to worry about what to buy this person for the next birthday or holiday.
I remember the charm bracelet days! Back when relatives were trying to turn me into a girl I even had one! Wonder what was on it?! What fun!

I have not heard of the Pandora bracelet. It sounds very nice and must be a lot of fun to make! How cool that you could see what it would look like before you ordered it. Great find!
I had the Italian charm bracelet, started when I was 5 years old. But by the time I was 13, it was so loaded with charms, it had to be put away. This sounds like an easy and fun way to create a lighter more meaningful charm bracelet.
This would make a wonderful gift for my best friend. I cant wait to buy her one.
