Pantene Pro-V Fortifying Fortifier

Pantene Pro-V Fortifying Fortifier Deep Fortifying Treatment (yes, that's a lot of "fortifyers" for one product's name!) promises to "undo three months of damage in three minutes." In other words, this hair conditioner claims to be able to restore damaged hair and make it healthy smooth. It is said to be gentle enough for permed or colored hair.

The treatment is to be used pretty much like a regular hair conditioner, except that you should apply it once a week. It is to be applied on clean wet hair, rubbed in from roots to ends for 3 minutes, and rinsed off.

I have been using this fortifyer on my freshly permed hair. Perm, as we all know, dries the hair, especially the ends. The fortifyer seems to help, but I have to say I do not see the promised 3 minutes miracle. My hair becomes smoother and softer after the treatment, but the ends still remain a little dry. Perhaps the effect will be stronger when I use it for a longer time; I am not sure that promising a 3 minute cure is reaistic.
