Papaya Enzyme Great for Upset Stomachs
By Tina Lehman onWhen I was pregnant I searched high and low for a safe and effective means of controlling my morning sickness. One of my mom friends (who was also pregnant) said papaya enzyme worked well for her and recommended I try some. At the end of my rope (and not one to easily try alternative health remedies), I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised that it was very effective.
Spring Valley papaya enzyme comes in a chewable tablet form. You can chew two to three at a time and they have a pleasant flavor, with no bad aftertaste (which is important if you have morning sickness or have an upset stomach). These tablets settle my upset stomach within a few minutes, and I usually do not have to take another dose.
Even though I'm no longer pregnant, we still keep a bottle of papaya enzyme around to fight off nausea and upset stomach. It is safe enough to give to my kids when they have a tummy ache (although you should read the dosage instructions and use your best judgment as a guideline for dosing your children).
So, if you have morning sickness or occasionally get an upset stomach, papaya enzyme is very effective and the tablets made by Spring Valley are a good bet.

It's also great for heartburn and it's all natural. I love these things!
