Papermate Pens: Are They Your Paper's Mate?

I like pens that write well and are comfortable to use.When shopping for back-to-school basics in September, I picked up a ten-pack of Papermate's blue ink medium point pens.The price was very reasonable, at just over a dollar.But I soon found out why they were so cheap.The pens do not work!I am very disappointed that in the middle of writing a note to a teacher or writing a check out, the pen would stop writing.There was nothing I could do, I tried shaking the pen, scribbling on scratch paper, even wetting the tip a little.I had to throw pen after pen away.

It was not a smooth writing pen, either.I like the medium point pens, but this pen was of very poor quality.You would get splotchy marks in some areas and light writing in others.The pen was thing, but had no grips or anything to give more comfort to it.If you are thinking of buying some cheap pens, stay away from Papermate, as you are getting what you pay for:cheapness.
