I had a severe tooth ache due to cutting of gum at the back. I had my last (elderly teeth) was cutting out. It was really painful. I cheek was swollen and due to that I had head ache also. I went to the doctor for advice and pain reliever. Doctor prescribed me paracetamol 500mg only .He also prescribed me antibiotics but advised me to try paracetamol 500mg first if symptoms persist then start antibiotics. I usually avoid taking medicine unless it is really necessary. I took two paracetamol 500mg four times a day with six hours gap and find my self better and cured. The paracetamol 500mg is actually a pain reliever and helps in reducing the pain. As there was no infection so there was no need of any antibiotics. paracetamol 500mg was really a help for me and solved my problem.
Now I find paracetamol 500mg safe and helpful as a pain reliever during head ache, slight fewer, tooth ache or if really very tired and wanted a sleep.
paracetamol 500mg has been helpful for me and my family I never experienced any side effect of the medicine.

hate toothaches coz i love to eat.. i use paracetamol too :)
