I love this game. It is one of my favorites to play with the kids. I have played Parcheesi since I was little. It is a timeless game. I think that all ages can appreciate playing this game. It doesn't matter how old you are everyone seems to like it. The recommended age on the box is age six and up. The game is a race around the board game. You can get people out if you land on them. It is great for the little ones to learn how add the dice together to move along. It is also good to teach them strategy. You can only get out if you have a five. So, if you have two fives do you get two people out and create a road block so no one can go by you? Or, do you let one player out and go ahead ten and then shake again because you got doubles? There are lots of different things that you can do with this game. This latest game that I bought has the pawn pieces shaped like animals. They are very cute. It is a lot of fun to play this game and I highly recommend it.
