Parents Choice Baby Bath is a really good alternative to other brands of baby shampoo / wash, such as Johnsons, which they even suggest you compare it to.

The one I bought is with chamomile and lavender (which also leaves a wonderful smell on your baby that lasts until next bath time), and it's for calming restless babies at bathtime, so it's easier to lay them down at bedtime (compare to Johnson's bedtime bath). It's hypoallergenic, and, of course, tear free!

This baby bath is a wonderful way to calm your child down at the end of the day and prepare them for bedtime without wasting more money than necessary, or sacraficing quality or quantity either! Why spend more money then you have to? It doesn't make much sense to me.
