Parent's Choice Diapers Not My Choice! By sarahlareau on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Often, I'll find that a generic brand is just as good as an expensive brand. Although I haven't tried every generic brand in the diaper industry, I will say that Parent's Choice diapers are not worth the "good deal."

This realization occured only after the first diaper I put on my son. About 30 minutes after changing him, I picked him up and to my surprise his onesie was soaking wet! So, I changed his outfit and diaper again. I hoped maybe I didn't put the diaper on tight enough.

A few hours later I noticed my boyfriend complaining that my son had got his fresh outfit wet again! For the remainder of the package, my son would go potty and it wouldn't absorb at all. I don't know what aspect of the product caused this, but it got to be very annoying.

We went through the bag so quickly, about twice as fast then we would have any other diapers we had bought so far. It's worth much more to pay extra, even double, for better diapers that last longer, than half the price for diapers that you will have to change immediately because your child is wet all over. Not to mention the amount of laundry we had to do!

My advice, don't buy Parent's Choice diapers.
