My daughter is 20, and loves anything to do with Paris. She is out on her own now, and rents a room in a large house in a nearby town. I was out shopping today at Bealls Outlet, and saw this adorable small hatbox that I think she will love. She likes to decorate her room with Paris accents..

I like to make gift baskets or gift boxes, and this will make a really neat gift box, which can later be used for decorative purposes. It's made by Tri-Coastal Design, and it has a beige, black and brown design. The top of the box has a beige background, with a black evening gown in the center, hanging from a clothes hanger. The outer part of the hatbox top is trimmed in a leopard design. The box itself has the evening gown, and a black high heel shoe alternating all the way around the box. It also has Parisian style phrases like "Tres Chic Style" and "Paris Mode". The bottom of the box is also trimmed in a leopard pattern. The hatbox is accented at the top with a black grosgrain ribbon, to finish off the chic Parisian look. I found just the right beautiful leopard scarf to line the hatbox with. Then I will fill it with a few gifts she might also enjoy like a Yankee Candle, and some other things. So it will serve the purpose of a gift box, and later as part of her room decor. It's really cute and I think she will like it, and what a deal at $4.99.
