I use this wonderful program at work to help manage the lien, waiver, and billing information for the jobs that my company does with developers. I love how customizable this database is! It even will fill in zip codes for you! The auto-fill is great, and you can store tons of information. I am having to send liens out against many companies right now, and this program has been invaluable! I love the customer support. They are always available, and are patient, and clear in directions. The updating happens at least four times a year, which is quite inconvenient, since they don't seem that necessary. I love that this program can also print on petit forms, which saves me time and money! I will continue to use LienWriter for a long time!
