I use this wonderful program at work to help manage the lien, waiver, and billing information for the jobs that my company does with developers.I love how customizable this database is!It even will fill in zip codes for you!The auto-fill is great, and you can store tons of information.I am having to send liens out against many companies right now, and this program has been invaluable!I love the customer support.They are always available, and are patient, and clear in directions.The updating happens at least four times a year, which is quite inconvenient, since they don't seem that necessary.I love that this program can also print on petit forms, which saves me time and money! I will continue to use LienWriter for a long time!
