Pc Stereo Headset By JuneBugCo on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I needed a headset to plug into my workstation so I could listen to videos and online voice communication without disturbing others that were around me. I decided to purchase a PC Stereo Headset manufactured by General Electric (model #98960) from a Target retail store. The headset features an adjustable headband, foam ear pads, an in-line volume control and a boom microphone. This particular headset can be used with either a PC, Mac or Linux operating system.

The stereo sound is clear and the in-line volume control is very handy. The earcups swivel providing a comfortable fit. The boom microphone can be used for on-line chat, interactive game play or internet phone applications. The microphone rotates up out of the way when voice applications are not needed.

The General Electric PC Stereo Headset works with all brands of computers and audio devices that require a 3.5mm jack. The headset plugs are color coded making it easier to determine the correct jack. The cord length measures nearly seven feet providing enough freedom to comfortably maneuver about a workstation. The in-line volume control is conviently located within reach when the headset is worn.

I purchased the General Electric model 98960 PC Stereo Headset at Target for $15.49. I look forward to many hours of quality stereo sound without disturbing others around me.
