If you're looking for some gift ideas, or a nice stocking stuffer, you really need to listen to a wonderful CD called "Peace" by Andrew Fitzgerald. I gave this in a gift basket for my counselor, a dear lady that has helped me through many a crisis. I also plan to use it as a stocking stuffer for my elderly mom. She loves music, and will particularly like this CD, as in the background of the music it has soothing ocean sounds. It is so calming and peaceful. After hearing it, I plan to purchase this CD for myself also.

It is available at Walmart for $9.96, and that is a great price for such a beautiful CD. Some CDS claim to be soothing and peaceful, but the music is just too busy. But this CD is just as relaxing as it claims to be! The gentle sound of ocean waves takes you away from all the stress, and the hectic pace of life. That's something we all could use. The total length of the CD is 65:54-so you can really kick back and rest, or put it on while you do chores. It really makes a difference in your mood!
