Perelli good SUV choice

I have a bias towards Perelli or Micheline for car tires. I asked Mr. Tire for what options I had for my VW Taureg to replace the original tires when the Perelli scorpions came up as one of the cheaper tires that had my size the choice was easy for me. They are rated for good traction and 70,000 mile tire wear. I do not believe I will get 70,000 miles since I seem to never quite get the projected millage tread wearout of any tire. I do believe it is a relative index and that I will get about 80% of the rated millage like most other tires which would be a real bargain.Most other name brangs were $25 to 100 a tire more for this size. I will update this review as I get more data but intial ride seems to exceed my high expectations of ride, quiet,comfort, and handling with these tires. I also got no intrest or payment required for 90 days with my Goodyear charge card. Also it was convient I had them do annual saftery inspection at the same time.
