Perfect Coat Studio Concentrated Puppy Shampoo By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When I bathe my three dachshund pups, I want a shampoo that will not only do a good job, but that will make it as pleasant an experience as possible for both them and me. Perfect Coat seems to do that.

The complete name (and its a mouthful) is Perfect Coat Studio Concentrated Shampoo, Tearless Puppy, Gentle Formula. This shampoo lathers nicely, rinses nicely, and leaves my pups' coats healthy-looking and shiny. So far no problems with the eyes either, though I do my best not to get shampoo in their eyes.

The shampoo has a baby powder scent which I love. Since it is concentrated, a little goes a long way. It also contains milk protein to condition and protect their skin and coats.

The shampoo normally costs $8.99 for an 8 fl oz tube, I paid $7.99 because I used my Pet Perks card and got a dollar off.

I recommend this shampoo for anyone with little pups to bathe who is looking for a gentle yet effective shampoo.
