I was cooking some cookies at a friends one day and I was using her set of Airbake Cookie Sheets. I have heard these are supposed to work really well so I was hoping that I wouldn't be dissapointed. I wasn't!

These pans are isulated and rustproof and they cooked my cookies beautifully. Normally on regular baking pans, they tend to warp over time or get rusty but these still looked brand new even though my friend said she used them often. My cookies weren't the least bit burnt and had a nice golden evenly brown bottom and the inside of the cookies was cooked perfectly too because the heat is distributed very well on these pans.

Cleaning them was easy too. They have a non-stick surface that was easy to wipe off and they are also dishwasher safe.
