Having pets like cats and dogs means loads of mess, all of my pets are trained to use litter boxes so I needed a handy little vacuum to clean up the mess on the floor. I noticed the shark in the bed and bath store and I really liked it, for only $34.99 it seemed like a unbeatable value. The shark is a 14 volt vacuum cleaner, and it is chargeable which means you can take it anywhere.

The Shark has a dust cup like many bigger vacuum cleaners these days and the manual says you should wash it with every use, personally I only wash it two times a month. The shark has cyclonic action which means it will out perform most other vacuums. The performance I got was decent, it really picked up pet food and kitty litter good, but when I dropped the fireplace bucket it had trouble sucking up all the ashes.

The shark has a crevice attachment and upholstery brush for cleaning couches, hard to reach places, or your car. I really cleaned my car good with the upholstery brush but all I ended up using the crevice attachment for was spider webs.

Overall the Shark is great if you have a small mess but you don't want to take the big vacuum out, it is great for cleaning up pet messes. In the long run just don't expect this to be a dust buster replacement because it is just too weak.
