Perfect Portraits By JennEm on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

There have been thousands of pictures taken of my daughter in her short life. More than a few of those were professional portraits. I have tried the expensive places that claim to be so fabulous. They are okay. But nothing beats good old JC Penney Portrait Studio at the mall. There is where I've learned to turn to again and again for beautiful portraits of my daughter. The studio near our house will even take dogs!

The trick to getting the most out of Penney's Portraits is to find yourself a coupon. You have to get the ones that say no sitting fee. Either that or you can join the portrait club and that will take care of the sitting fee for as many people as you have in the picture (the coupon is only good for one sitting fee). Either way, get a coupon that says $3.99 per sheet. You can find these on the internet, in mailings, and even by buying kids' clothes at Penneys.

Also I tend to just get the regular pictures instead of the enhanced because they can be costly.

If you've tried the fancy guys, give Penney's a try and see what you think.
