If you're looking to increase your arm strength and do some better pushups, I recommend the Perfect Pushups. The Perfect Pushups are these tools you use to do pushups. It's a round plastic piece with handles that lays on the floor. You grip the handles and do your pushups. The Perfect Pushups swivel as you do it so you must use your core muscles and different muscles in your arms to maintain your balance while you do your pushups. You can really feel the difference since you're trying not to move as you do the pushup. Novices will feel it right away and it does take some getting used to. Don't overdo it the first time!
