This Grill Fork was given to me as a gift from my wife and I love it. When it comes to grilling, I'm in charge and now I can cook steaks and chicken just perfect. All I have to do is stick this fork in the center of the meat. It reads to me what the temperature is. If I select that I am cooking chicken, the display will light up, with a poultry picture and beep when it is done. When I am cooking steak, it lets me know how done the steak is cooked. So I get a medium rare steak that is perfection and my wife can get her well done steak without it tasting like leather.

The Grill Fork runs off 2 AAA batteries. It is also weather resistant. I've never left it outside, but if I did I wouldn't have to worry about it. It does not have to be used strictly with the grill. I've used it inside the house as well. It is so much better to use this than to cut open your meat, losing its juices in the process.
