Perform Cool Pain Relieving Gel is a fairly new product. I really like it!! This is a gel that I apply to muscle aches I get in my back and legs sometimes after being on my feet all day. I squeeze about a quarter size amount in the palm of my hand and rub it into the small of my back or wherever I have pain. The gel has a cooling sensation that sort of makes your skin tingle. I guess you know it is working that way. It has a light scent of menthol that seems to fade really quickly. It is not real smelling like some of these products can be. Although this is a gel, it doesn't have a greasy feeling and I have found that it does not stain my clothes or sheets. It rubs into the skin really well and you don't know it is there. I get pretty instant pain relief that lasts several hours. I usually apply it at bedtime and wake up feeling much better. An average size tube lasts me a long time because I don't have to use much and I don't use it every day, of course.
