This fax machine was a friend of ours who has moved out and left this fax behind. It works great. I don't understand why some people have these really expensive fax machines. This one does us just fine. It recieves our faxes and sends our faxes with no problem at all. If a fax fails to go through , the machine with print off a message stating why it didn't go through. I was able to program the machine to suit our needs with our information on it. The paper for the fax is standard. It even has a copy button just like other expensive fax machines do. I don't know the price of this fax but I do know its not a high tech expensive one. The phone works just like a phone should. The ink cartridges are easy to change too. So if your looking for an affordable and reliable fax machine. This is it.
