I have become one of "those" parents that feels it necessary to plaster her children's image on as many surfaces as i possibly can, and thanks to www.Zazzle.com this now includes postage stamps. Family and friends LOVE getting the new photograph stamps for each season.It is a fun and creative way to get a picture out to everyone.It is a great way to add a little something extra to your holiday cards, thank you notes and birthday cards to your friends and loved ones!
Creating your custom postage is very easy.Simply click on "create postage" and it then asks you to upload the image you would like to use on your stamp.There are then editing options in case your photo or image needs to be cropped differently, zoomed in or out, and you can even add text!You have the option of vertical or horizontal stamps and they are offered in different sizes.
I only feel a *little* guilty about spending extra money on personalized stamps, but they are SO different and creative that i only feel that way for a second.
Since we will be mailing out birth announcements soon, i am sure i will be buying a new round of stamps very shortly!
Wow, that's expensive --- but what a great idea to send out mini postage photos of your baby! Great idea to use them on your baby announcements as well, I would love to get a photo stamp from someone!

Oh how inventive. It would never work for us though. I probably mail something out about 3 or 4 times a year MAYBE.
What a great idea! I think a birth announcement picture stamp is an awesome idea! I'll have to check out that site!
