My kitty got a nice gift from a family member. One of the things in her gift bag was PETCO Catnip Bubbles. I thought, "How cool is this? She will definitely love this!" I have blown catnip bubbles her ways numerous times and every time the result is the same. There is no excitement, no pouncing on bubbles, no rolling on her back and getting into a "catnip-haze". I am always the one having the most fun blowing the bubbles themselves, with my cat just staring at me, blankly.

I know for sure that my cat is catnip-sensitive because I have had luck with catnip toys. Also, I grow catnip in my garden and feed her the leaves.

I find the product completely useless since it does not work at all for its intended purpose. I would not purchase it, if I ever finish the bubbles. I would not recommend it, though I do think there is a possibility that some cats may interact with the bubbles better than mine did. The only good thing about the bubbles is when they hit the ground oftentimes they do not break, they sit on the ground for about 5 seconds. I'm not sure how good that is if your cat won't pounce on the bubbles, though!
